Job Summary :
We are in need of an experienced, professional, full-time Accounts Payable Specialist with exceptional accounting skills and the ability to multitask while managing multiple deadlines. This is a full-time nonexempt position where you will be responsible for various Account Payable responsibilities, as well as take on a few other areas of accounting to best support the Accounting team. You will excel in this position if you are organized and committed to completing tasks in a timely fashion. We are looking for a creative minded individual to think critically, evolve, shape and improve their role and department as Keller Associates grows.
Duties / Responsibilities :
- Receive and process invoices, bills and requests for payment
- Research Client payment history to verify accuracy before initiating payment process
- Print weekly check runs, submit for signature and mail
- Contact vendors to resolve discrepancies
- Analyze expense reports for correct coding, approvals, and irregular purchases
- Review, verify, and process credit card statements for company purchases, ensuring accurate coding, while maintaining compliance with company policies regarding credit card usage and expense reporting
- Scan invoices and receipts in a digital storage system
- Any and all other duties related to Accounts Payable and Accounting team support
