We are looking for an Account Manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. The Account Manager’s role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned commercial accounts, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities.

Job duties will include (but will not be limited to):

• Planning& Scheduling Field Operations to exceed client expectations.

• Enhancement Sales on existing properties.

• Proactively Communicating with Clients.

• Full-scope Management of a commercial property portfolio.

• Answer client queries and identify new business opportunities among existing customers

• Collaborates with Maintenance Foreman to make sure all plants and materials are available and on budget.

• Employee Development and training of service personnel to provide exceptional service.

Qualifications

• A landscape professional with a positive and engaging interpersonal style.

• Two to five years of prior experience with a professional landscape management firm. (Preferred, however willing to train the right ambitious individual.)

• Must have clean driving record and be able to pass background screening.

• Passion for client service.

• Strong phone and email skills to communicate with customers, suppliers, and coworkers.

• Superb communication skills; knowledge of Spanish a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
