Your primary responsibilities will include auditing existing supply chain processes, identifying areas for improvement, and collaborating with suppliers to enhance sustainability practices. You will work closely with various departments to integrate sustainability into their operations and drive a culture of environmental responsibility across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies that prioritize sustainability and circular economy principles.
- Monitor and evaluate supply chain performance with a focus on reducing carbon footprint and waste.
- Collaborate with suppliers to establish sustainable sourcing practices and drive compliance with environmental regulations.
- Identify innovative technologies and processes to enhance supply chain efficiency and sustainability.
- Lead initiatives that promote sustainability within the organization and advocate for corporate responsibility.
- Engage with stakeholders to communicate sustainability initiatives and impact effectively.
- Stay informed about industry trends, sustainable practices, and regulatory changes impacting supply chains.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Sustainability, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 10 years of experience in supply chain management, with a focus on sustainability.
- Proven leadership experience in designing and implementing sustainable supply chain strategies.
- Strong understanding of supply chain operations and best practices.
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and industry standards related to sustainability.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
