The Director of ESG & Sustainability will be responsible for:
- Establishing and executing a comprehensive ESG strategy that aligns with corporate objectives.
- Monitoring and evaluating the company’s sustainability impact and ESG performance metrics.
- Engaging with stakeholders, including investors, regulatory bodies, and community groups.
- Leading initiatives to improve corporate social responsibility and enhance sustainability practices.
- Staying abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes related to ESG.
- Providing guidance and training to teams to integrate ESG principles into their operations.
- Master's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Finance, or a related field.
- A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in ESG, sustainability, or corporate responsibility roles.
- Strong understanding of ESG frameworks, reporting standards, and best practices.
- Proven track record in developing and executing sustainability strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams and projects.
- Passion for sustainability and commitment to driving positive change within the organization.
- Competitive salary package. ($140k - $190k)
- Annual bonus of 25%.
