They are now looking for a skilled finance and accounting professional to lead financial operations, ensure compliance, and manage reporting across their international network.
This pivotal role focuses heavily on accounting leadership, overseeing financial accuracy, regulatory adherence, and the preparation of consolidated financial statements for multiple entities worldwide. The Senior Finance and Accounting Manager will also play a key role in high-level financial planning to support the organization's ongoing growth and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Reporting & Compliance (Primary Focus)
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax professionals, and regulatory bodies as needed.
- Supervise the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring precision and timeliness.
- Maintain robust internal controls, risk management practices, and audit readiness.
- Ensure adherence to GAAP/IFRS and other relevant financial standards.
- Lead the consolidation of financial reports across global subsidiaries and affiliates.
Accounting Operations
- Enhance efficiency by refining accounting systems and reporting tools.
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities.
- Oversee intercompany transactions, eliminations, and foreign currency adjustments.
- Establish and update financial policies and procedures to streamline operations.
Tax & Regulatory Compliance
- Collaborate with tax advisors to refine global tax strategies.
- Manage tax preparation, planning, and compliance for both U.S. and international operations.
- Ensure timely submission of indirect taxes, transfer pricing documentation, and statutory reports.
Treasury & Cash Management
- Handle debt financing and mitigate foreign exchange risks.
- Oversee cash flow projections, liquidity strategies, and banking partnerships.
- Facilitate efficient cash movements and repatriation across subsidiaries.
Financial Planning & Analysis (Secondary Focus)
- Track financial performance and deliver actionable recommendations to leadership.
- Assist with financial modeling and cost evaluations to inform strategic decisions.
- Guide budgeting and forecasting efforts in collaboration with FP&A team members.
Essential Qualities

- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline.
- CPA certification is mandatory.
- 10 years in finance and accounting, including 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proficient in corporate tax, treasury, and cash management practices.
- Extensive experience with multi-entity accounting and intercompany operations.
- Demonstrated success in financial reporting, compliance, and internal control oversight.
- Comfortable with cutting-edge accounting software and advanced reporting tools.
- Strong leadership capabilities paired with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to manage consolidated financials under international accounting standards.
- Able to excel in a high-energy, autonomous work environment.
- Base Salary of $175k per year 15% bonus
