Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage urban design projects from conception through completion, ensuring alignment with client goals and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee the development of comprehensive design strategies that integrate aesthetics, functionality, and sustainability.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, planners, and engineers, to deliver high-quality project outcomes.
- Engage with municipal agencies, stakeholders, and the community to ensure project support and successful implementation.
- Monitor project budgets, schedules, and resource allocations, ensuring optimal efficiency.
- Stay current with trends in urban design and development, applying innovative concepts and practices.
- Master's degree in Architecture, Urban Design, or related field.
- 10 years of experience in urban design and development, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Proven leadership experience in managing teams and coordinating multidisciplinary projects.
- Strong knowledge of urban planning principles, zoning regulations, and sustainability practices.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with various stakeholders.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and GIS tools.
