The Director, Talent Acquisition and Development will play a crucial role in shaping and executing global talent strategies, with a focus on attracting, developing, and managing top-tier talent across the organization. Reporting to the SVP of Global HR, this role is perfect for a strategic, hands-on leader who is passionate about driving talent initiatives and supporting the continued growth and success of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead global talent acquisition initiatives, ensuring the attraction and retention of top talent across a diverse and globally distributed workforce.
- Oversee talent development and management programs, including succession planning and leadership development, to support the company's strategic transformation.
- Implement and optimize HR systems, particularly Workday and ATS/Jobvite.
- Develop and manage recruitment KPIs, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Contribute to the administration of succession planning processes and support Workday implementation.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify workforce needs and create robust talent pipelines.
- Provide strategic insights on talent trends, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and development.
Key Success Metrics:
- Achieving recruitment KPIs and successful hiring efforts within the first 6–12 months.
- Effective administration of succession planning and leadership development initiatives.
- Successful implementation and optimization of HR systems (Workday and Jobvite).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- 10 years in talent acquisition and development, including at least 5 years in leadership roles.
- SHRM/SPHR certification preferred.
- Experience with Workday and Jobvite or similar HRIS/ATS systems.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
