We are a private investment firm and are looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the CEO/founder. We maintain a portfolio of investments across various sectors and drive a holding company with multiple operating entities.

Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive Support
- Manage complex calendaring across multiple businesses and entities, ensuring appropriate prioritization
- Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and itineraries with meticulous attention to detail
- Prepare briefing materials and provide daily updates
- Handle communications with various stakeholders across multiple businesses
- Maintain multiple email accounts and calendars across different business entities
- Organize and prepare for board meetings and investor communications
- Process expense reports and manage documentation
- Coordinate with various business partners, executives, and staff
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with absolute discretion
- Coordinate staff activities and follow up on executive directives
- Manage aspects of the Principal's personal life, including property management coordination
- Arrange personal travel, dining, and entertainment
- Handle personal correspondence and appointments
- Anticipate needs and solve problems proactively
Special Requirements
- Travel/Relocation: This position requires semi-permanent relocation between Boston and Florida (being open to relocate to Boston for several months within the year or vice versa)
- Hours: Standard business hours with expectation of availability for early morning, evening, and occasional weekend communications
- Work Location: On-site 5 days per week
- 7 - 10 years of executive assistant experience supporting C-level executives or high-net-worth individuals
- Prior experience in private equity, family office, or investment environments
- Experience supporting executives with multiple business interests
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and digital communication tools
