Responsibilities:
- Perform high-level administrative tasks and project management, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings for executives.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations, ensuring a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, serving as a point of contact between executives and internal or external stakeholders.
- Assist with travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation, while managing itineraries effectively.
- Maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive information and documents.
- Develop and implement improved administrative processes and procedures to enhance efficiency.
- Support various projects and initiatives as needed, providing research and administrative support.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in other relevant administrative roles.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with a keen ability to prioritize tasks.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and other relevant software tools.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in work.
- Experience in handling confidential information with discretion.
