Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement investment strategies that align with the family's long-term financial goals.
- Oversee asset allocation, portfolio management, and risk assessment across a diversified investment portfolio.
- Conduct thorough due diligence on potential investments and provide recommendations to the family for strategic decision-making.
- Manage relationships with banks, fund managers, brokers, and other financial institutions.
- Monitor and report on overall portfolio performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and best practices in the management of family assets.
- Oversee tax planning and wealth transfer strategies to optimize the family's financial position.
- Coordinate financial reporting and provide comprehensive financial education to family members.
- Engage with external advisors, including legal and tax professionals, to ensure holistic management of family wealth.
- Foster a culture of transparency and learning within the family office.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certifications (CFA, CPA) preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in investment management, wealth management, or family office roles.
- In-depth understanding of investment strategies, asset classes, and portfolio management principles.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with high-net-worth individuals and families.
- Proven track record in successfully managing family wealth and investments.
