As the Global Compensation & HR Analytics Lead, you’ll drive the development of innovative compensation programs and leverage data analytics to align HR initiatives with business objectives. Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with leadership on strategic projects, including board presentations and global initiatives.
- Oversee the Workday HRIS rollout, focusing on improving data accuracy and reporting functionality.
- Design and manage global compensation programs, ensuring compliance with regulations and best practices.
- Work with regional HR teams to roll out compensation policies and programs worldwide.
- Analyze compensation trends and data to deliver actionable insights and recommendations to senior leaders.
- Support M&A activities, including due diligence, integration planning, and execution.
- Oversee salary reviews, incentives, and bonus programs, providing training and communication to HR and management teams.
- Create and track HR metrics dashboards to monitor KPIs such as compensation, engagement, turnover, and compliance with EEO and AAP standards.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analytics tools.
- Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- 5-7 years of HR experience, with a focus on compensation, systems, and analytics.
- Project management experience, particularly with HRIS implementations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial & Organizational Psychology, Business (HR focus), or a related field.
- Experience in a multi-site manufacturing environment is preferred.
- SHRM-CP/PHR certification or equivalent is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and identify trends.
- HRIS experience required, with specific expertise in Workday.
