Leadership Coaching Specialist

Our client is on the lookout for a Leadership Coaching Specialist to join the team. This role will focus on providing tailored coaching solutions to leaders at various levels, aimed at enhancing their leadership effectiveness and driving organizational success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions with executives and emerging leaders to improve leadership skills and address specific development needs.
• Design and implement customized coaching programs that align with company objectives and leadership development strategies.
• Utilize assessments and feedback tools to identify strengths and areas for improvement among leaders.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions on leadership topics, including emotional intelligence, communication, and team dynamics.
• Track and measure the impact of coaching interventions on individual and organizational performance.
• Collaborate with HR and organizational development teams to integrate coaching practices into broader talent management initiatives.

1. Proven experience as a leadership coach or in a similar executive coaching role.

2. Strong background in leadership development and organizational psychology.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate leaders.

4. Relevant coaching certifications (e.g., ICF, EMCC) are highly preferred.

5. Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business, Human Resources, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.

6. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
