Responsibilities:
- Oversee the management and performance of the real estate portfolio, ensuring it aligns with the company's investment strategies.
- Develop and implement innovative strategies for asset enhancement and value maximization.
- Lead the acquisition and disposition processes, conducting thorough due diligence and market analysis.
- Establish and maintain relationships with investors, stakeholders, and external partners to foster collaboration and drive investment opportunities.
- Provide strategic direction and oversight to property management teams to ensure high occupancy and tenant satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and performance metrics to inform investment decisions.
- Prepare and present detailed portfolio performance reports to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering a high-performance culture within the portfolio management team.
The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
- A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in real estate investment management, with a proven track record of managing diverse portfolios.
- Strong understanding of real estate financial analysis, market research, and investment strategies.
- Experience in deal negotiation, property acquisition, and management.
