Responsibilities:

- Provide one-on-one career coaching to individuals, focusing on resume development, job search techniques, and interview preparation.
- Utilize online tools and resources to offer comprehensive support to candidates.
- Develop and deliver workshops on topics such as networking, personal branding, and career development.
- Stay informed of job market trends and industry shifts to effectively advise candidates on career opportunities.
- Maintain relationships with employers and develop partnerships that create job opportunities for candidates.
- Proven experience in outplacement services, career counseling, or human resources.
- Strong understanding of job market trends, effective job search strategies, and employment resources.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate individuals.
- Experience in coaching individuals through career transitions, with a focus on empathy and support.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client relationships effectively.
- Proficient in utilizing career development software, job boards, and social media for networking opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in outplacement consulting, career coaching, or a related area.
- Certification in career coaching or counseling is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and online collaboration tools.
