Your key responsibilities will include:
- Lead the development and execution of corporate strategies that drive business growth and profitability.
- Conduct thorough market analysis to identify new opportunities and potential threats.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business initiatives with strategic objectives.
- Oversee the strategic planning process and ensure effective communication of strategy across the organization.
- Facilitate strategic discussions and provide insights to the executive team and board of directors.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.
- Develop and refine key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of strategic initiatives.
- Mentor and guide teams in strategic thinking and planning practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 10 years of experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of data-driven decision-making.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience in managing teams and driving strategy execution.
- Deep understanding of industry dynamics and competitive landscapes.
- Experience in analyzing financial statements and corporate finance concepts.
- Ability to travel as needed for business development and client meetings.
