Your key responsibilities include:
- Develop and implement comprehensive investor relations strategies that enhance shareholder engagement and support corporate objectives.
- Prepare and present financial and strategic information to current and potential investors.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all investor inquiries and build strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor performance, and investor sentiment to inform strategy.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and accurate reporting of the company's financial performance.
- Organize and lead investor meetings, roadshows, and presentations.
- Manage the preparation of the annual report, financial press releases, and other investor materials.
- Assess and recommend improvements to investor relations programs and practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- 10 years of experience in investor relations, capital markets, or finance, preferably within a public company.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong presentation abilities.
- Proven track record in building relationships with institutional investors and analysts.
- Strong financial acumen and understanding of financial statements and valuation metrics.
- Ability to interpret market data and trends effectively.
- Experience in creating and managing investor relations materials and tools.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
