Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs that improve user experience.
- Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Develop and maintain user experience documentation, including user personas, journey maps, and design specifications.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in UX design.
- Advocate for user-centered design in all aspects of the product development process.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in UX design or relevant experience.
- Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design projects and design process.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
- Strong understanding of interaction design principles and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate design concepts effectively to various stakeholders.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
