Our client is excited to announce a new opportunity for a Vice President of Investment Banking. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and executing investment banking transactions, providing strategic advice to clients, and driving business development initiatives.
As the Vice President, you will work closely with senior management, clients, and a dynamic team to identify opportunities, conduct financial analyses, and support the execution of mergers and acquisitions, private placements, and other financial advisory services.

Key responsibilities include:
- Lead end-to-end transaction execution, including due diligence, financial modeling, pricing strategies, and negotiations.
- Develop financial models and valuations to support client proposals and transactions.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry contacts.
- Supervise and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
- Stay informed on market trends, industry developments, and regulatory changes to provide up-to-date insights to clients.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in investment banking or related financial services.
- Strong knowledge of M&A, capital markets, and corporate finance.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
- Exceptional analytical, financial modeling, and valuation skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in managing teams and driving projects to completion.
