Responsibilities:
- Oversee the development and execution of comprehensive advertising strategies, with a strong focus on digital platforms (paid search, social, display, programmatic) and traditional media
- Lead the e-commerce marketing strategy, ensuring the integration of advertising efforts to drive growth across the company's online presence
- Manage a team of 23 marketing professionals, fostering collaboration and high performance to execute campaigns that drive sales and customer engagement
- Develop and manage a robust media plan, with a keen focus on optimizing advertising spend to deliver the highest ROI and measurable growth across both digital and traditional channels
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align marketing and advertising strategies with broader company goals, ensuring consistency across all consumer touchpoints
- Leverage data and analytics to optimize advertising campaigns and e-commerce marketing efforts, ensuring continuous improvement and innovation
- Stay ahead of industry trends, competition, and consumer behavior to adapt and refine advertising and e-commerce strategies accordingly
- Drive innovation in e-commerce marketing, leveraging tools and platforms to optimize customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA is preferred
- Minimum of 10 years as a Marketing leader with significant experience in both advertising and e-commerce marketing.
- Strong retail experience, particularly with digital advertising, paid media, and e-commerce growth strategies
- Strong ability to develop, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns that drive results across digital and traditional advertising
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to leverage data to inform decision-making
- Compensation: $150k - $250k (Depending on Experience)
- Hybrid - 3-4 days a week in office (After training period)
