• Develop and implement strategic plans for the agri-business division that align with the company's objectives.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with industry regulations.
• Build and maintain relationships with key partners, suppliers, and customers in the agricultural sector.
• Analyze market trends and consumer demands to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 10 years of experience in the agricultural industry, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
• Strong understanding of agricultural practices, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful business strategies.
• Leadership experience with a proven track record of managing and developing teams.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
