Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the client services department, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction, retention, and engagement.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing client services team, providing guidance and support in achieving service excellence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as a trusted advisor to address their needs and challenges.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and adherence to best practices.
- Monitor client feedback and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Prepare and present reports on client engagement, service quality, and operational performance to senior management.
The successful candidate will need to meet the following qualifications:
- Experience: 10 years in client services, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Leadership: Proven track record in leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members alike.
- Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities to assess client needs and propose effective solutions.
- Strategic Thinking: Experience in developing and implementing client service strategies with measurable outcomes.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- Client Focus: Strong commitment to client satisfaction and service excellence.
