Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive innovation strategy aligned with organizational goals.
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams in ideation, development, and execution of innovative projects.
- Identify and evaluate emerging trends and technologies that can impact the organization.
- Foster a culture of innovation throughout the organization, promoting collaboration and idea generation.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of innovation initiatives to drive continuous improvement.
- Engage with external partners, startups, and thought leaders to bring fresh perspectives and ideas into the organization.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
- At least 8-10 years of experience in innovation management or product development, with a strong track record of delivering impactful results.
- Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate diverse teams.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with a creative mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills necessary for collaboration across various levels of the organization.
- Experience in building and managing relationships with external partners and stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.
