We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to manage our Hanover, MD office and perform a variety of administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent organization, time management, and communications skills. This position will be based out of our Hanover, MD, location, on a hybrid working schedule with a minimum of three days in the office required.
Responsibilities
- Assists with overseeing clerical tasks such as work processing, scheduling, report preparation, and other services.
- Supervises and monitors the performance of one direct report.
- Manages the purchasing, maintenance, and repair of office supplies and equipment.
- Develops processes and procedures that ensure the efficient and cost-effective running of the office.
- Plans and coordinates office meetings and events, including meeting rooms or facilities, meals, and any other reservations as required.
- Other administrative duties as assigned

Salary Range : $70-90K per year
Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant internal and external experience, knowledge, skills, scope of job, geographical location or other factors permitted by law
