We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Keller Home Care Red Bay. As an Occupational Health RN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and building meaningful relationships with patients and their families.
About the Role
As a Registered Nurse in Home Health, you will be responsible for coordinating total patient care with other healthcare professionals involved in the patient's treatment plan. You will also perform comprehensive assessments at designated time points and develop an appropriate plan of care within state-specific guidelines.
- Makes initial and/or comprehensive nursing evaluation visits, determines primary focus of care, develops plan of care within state specific guidelines, and submits accurate, complete, and timely documentation in collaboration with physician orders.
- Ensures patients meet home health eligibility and medical necessity guidelines as defined.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Current RN licensure in state of practice.
