- Assist with diagnosing problems and coming up with solutions for completing repair wor k
- Work on other crews (Concrete, Building, Carpentry) as needed when service order work is not neede d
- Manage organization of jobsite, subcontractors, equipment and paperwor k
- Lead other crew members as neede d
