What Youll Do
The Installation Manager has a variety of duties and responsibilities that include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Lead the Team: Manage scheduling, assign installers, and oversee the daily operations.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure clients are happy by resolving issues swiftly and maintaining strong relationships.
- Site Inspections: Regularly inspect job sites to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Payroll Management: Approve and submit weekly payroll for installers.
- Recruitment: Onboard new installers to strengthen our team.
- Operational Excellence: Support achieving customer satisfaction and compliance goals.
