What Youll Do
The Installation Specialist -Tech I has a variety of duties and responsibilities that include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Deliver Exceptional Customer Support: Provide top-notch service via phone, chat, and email to customers, installers, and partners, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
- Problem-Solve in Real Time: Address and de-escalate customer service issues, escalating to management when necessary to ensure resolution.
- Coordinate Installations: Schedule installation projects with precision and manage updates to support field offices effectively.
- Verify and Maintain Accuracy: Review field measurements and sold contracts, resolving discrepancies to ensure installations meet exact specifications.
