Responsibilities
· Responsible for the completion of all renovation service requests as assigned.
· Work within budget limits established.
· Meet or exceed schedule deadlines.
· Perform all work with quality as the focus.
· Responsible for alerting the renovation Lead of any unusual occurrence and/or damage that may have taken place or that may occur.
· Assure safety standards are used which comply with all company, local, City, State and Federal guidelines.
· Ensure compliance of all work-related activities in a fair, ethical, and consistent manner.
· This job requires exerting 50 to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 25 to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or 10 to 20 pounds of force constantly.
· Use of personal handheld tools as specified by the Renovation Lead. I.E. cordless drill, screw drivers, utility knife, wire cutters, pliers, basic wrenches, hammer, measuring tape etc.
· Special projects and other responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications
· Candidate must have a minimum of 1 Year experience in property renovation/remodel.
· Successfully pass background checks and pre-employment drug screening
· Must be a TEAM player with the ability to work independently
· Strong troubleshooting skills! Knowledge of renovation/remodeling related items i.e., safe and clean demolition, ruff and finish plumbing, ruff and finish electrical, sheetrock repairs, painting, base-case-trim installation, framing and finish carpentry.
· Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality and integrity on personal as well as professional level.
· Strong communication and time management skills.
· Proven ability to excel in a fast paced and time sensitive role.
