Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Field Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our clients in the field. This role involves troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining various pieces of equipment and systems. The Field Service Technician will work closely with our team to ensure equipment operates efficiently and effectively.
Duties
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial equipment on-site at customer locations.
- Troubleshoot issues using logic controllers and schematics to identify problems quickly.
- Fabricate parts as needed to ensure optimal performance of machinery.
- Utilize ammeters and other diagnostic tools to assess equipment functionality.
- Operate scissor lifts and other machinery safely while adhering to all safety protocols.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on hydraulic systems.
- Communicate effectively with clients in English to provide updates on repairs and maintenance.
- Document service activities accurately in compliance with company standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in field service or industrial maintenance is preferred.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics related to electrical systems.
- Strong skills in welding and fabrication techniques are encouraged.
- Familiarity with hydraulics.
- Ability to operate scissor lifts and other construction equipment safely and effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Pay: $26.00 - $34.00 per hour
