Keller is looking for an experienced Payroll Assistant based out of our Tampa, FL location.
Responsibilities
- Enter payroll hours on a weekly basis for the office, shop and payroll crews, so Corporate can then process payment.
- Prepare weekly and monthly compliance reporting as needed, such as certified payrolls, OCIP/CCIP reporting, etc.
- Compliance Tracking related to man-hours and workforce
- Assist accounting department on other projects as needed
Qualifications
- Have some experience with accounting and/or payroll reporting, including with:
- Entering payroll time
- Prevailing wages
- Unions - rates/benefits (OT vs. DT pay, holidays)
- Certified payroll
- OCIP/CCIP reporting
- Be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Be detail oriented, self-motivated, and organized
- Have experience with online payroll reporting (LCP Tracker, Elations, etc) would be a plus
- Have experience in the construction or engineering sector would be a plus

Additional Information
Salary Range: $19 - $23 per hour
Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant internal and external experience, knowledge, skills, scope of job, geographical location or other factors permitted by law
