Compensation:$85,000 - $185,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Research and gather information about potential homes and local communities to effectively respond to buyer inquiries
- Coordinate and schedule home showings promptly with buyer clients, listing agents, and home sellers
- Assist the lead agent by showing homes that align with buyer clients' needs and budgets, leading to increased sales
- Aid clients in determining the best offer price and guide them through the closing process for a smooth transaction
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to buyer clients' calls, texts, and emails
- Follow up with leads and generate new leads to drive business growth
- Set appointments and conduct consultations efficiently
- Skillfully close sales to contribute to the team's success and client satisfaction
- Must be comfortable spending extended periods driving in a car
- Proficiency with CRM and marketing/lead technologies preferred, or ability to quickly learn new systems
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently
- Highly motivated individual with a drive for professional development
- Active real estate license required
