Keller Williams Chervenic is one of the top KW Franchises in the country and supports around 450 real estate agents. The Assistant Administrator (AMCA) role is a full-time, salaried position that provides leadership and support to the market center leadership team and agents. Qualifications:
- Real estate or relative industry experience is helpful but not required
- Customer service experience
- Great organizational skills
- Accounting Experience a plus
- Energized by a fast-paced environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as effective listening skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and G-Suite (Google)
- Technology skills relating to office equipment, and ability to learn/troubleshoot new technologies
- Design skills using Canva or other systems is helpful but not required
- A passion for leadership
Job Responsibilities:
- Organization. Follow already established systems and work to improve or establish new or existing systems.
- Constantly recognizing ways to improve existing processes and systems
- Manage new agent onboarding follow-up, complete intake checklist
- Assist in managing company Social Media (Facebook, Instagram, etc)
- Assist in agent recognition and retention
- Process Agent Commissions
- Assist with the Agent Billing Process
- Make outgoing calls / texts to invite agents to events and periodically check-in
- Coordinate with Market Center Administrator (MCA) and Team Leader (TL)
- Create relative marketing materials
- Market and drive attendance to events and trainings through multiple avenues
- Assist with training Agents in using KW tools and technology
- Help set up for events and classes
- Address additional requests from agents and address or direct their request accordingly
- Help with daily office operational needs
- Backup MCA with daily operational tasks
- Special projects as needed
Compensation:
50,000 and includes the ability to participate in profit share, 401k, and health insurance benefits.
