Role Highlights:

We are looking for a proactive and resourceful individual to join our team as an Elite Client Experience Coordinator.

About the Position:

This role involves being the operational backbone of the brokerage, ensuring seamless day-to-day functions while delivering an elevated client and agent experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for agents, clients, and visitors, maintaining a professional and welcoming atmosphere at all times.
  • Efficiently manage inbound communications, including phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Facilitate a high-touch client experience, anticipating needs and proactively addressing concerns.

Transaction & Listing Coordination:

  • Assist agents with transactional processes, ensuring all required documentation is submitted accurately.
  • Coordinate listing management, including MLS input and broker loading.
  • Monitor and track contract deadlines, compliance requirements, and brokerage policies to ensure smooth transaction flow.
