Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for agents, clients, and visitors, maintaining a professional and welcoming atmosphere at all times.
- Efficiently manage inbound communications, including phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses.

Transaction & Listing Coordination:
