Position Summary:
We are seeking an innovative and driven Rental Manager to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role focuses on training new agents, developing incentives, and driving excellence in rental transactions. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching, a strategic mindset for creating programs, and a commitment to fostering agent success in the rental market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Agent Training:
- Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for new agents to equip them with the skills to succeed in rental transactions.
- Conduct regular workshops and hands-on sessions to ensure agents are confident and knowledgeable in rental processes.
- Incentive Development:
- Create and implement incentive programs to motivate agents to focus on rental opportunities.
- Monitor the success of incentives and adapt programs to maximize participation and results.
- Support and Leadership:
- Serve as a resource for agents, providing guidance on rental market trends, tools, and best practices.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to align rental strategies with overall company goals.
- Market Expertise:
- Stay updated on local rental market trends and regulations to ensure agents are compliant and competitive.
- Provide ongoing updates and insights to agents to help them better serve their clients.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in real estate, with a strong focus on rentals.
- Exceptional communication and teaching skills.
- Ability to create and execute incentive programs that drive results.

- Real Estate License required
