Responsibilities
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties by providing expert guidance and support.
- Utilize strong communication and sales skills to build relationships with clients and understand their needs.
- Conduct market research and develop marketing strategies to promote listings effectively.
- Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients, ensuring compliance with real estate laws.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain organized records of transactions and client interactions.
Qualifications
