Position Overview: Keller Williams Elite is seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Real Estate Acquisition Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will focus on sourcing, acquiring, and managing investment properties while fostering relationships with property owners, investors, and brokers. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, source, and acquire investment properties to expand the company's real estate portfolio.
- Conduct market research and property analysis to ensure profitable investments and acquisitions.
- Negotiate terms and facilitate contracts for the purchase or lease of properties.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, sellers, brokers, and investors.
- Collaborate with the leasing team to assess the rental potential of properties and manage leasing activities.
- Assist in managing property leasing efforts, including marketing, showing properties, and negotiating lease agreements.
- Coordinate property inspections, appraisals, and due diligence to ensure smooth transactions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of acquisitions, leases, and market research.
Qualifications
- Valid Massachusetts Real Estate License
- Minimum of 1year of real estate experience
- Proficiency in GSuite and strong technical aptitude
- Flexible schedule
Compensation
This is a full commission-based position with limitless earning potential. Beyond your own transactions, you’ll earn per closing from your mentees, with the potential to make $150,000 annually or more. Plus, you won't need to source clients; we’ll bring coaching clients to you!
