Productivity Coach

Keller Williams Gateway Realty is seeking an inspiring and dedicated Productivity Coach to elevate the performance of our real estate agents through impactful coaching, mentorship, and teaching. This critical role focuses on helping agents achieve their goals by cultivating their skills, enhancing their mindset, and fostering a culture of growth through group masterminds and individualized coaching sessions.

If you are a passionate leader with an active real estate license in NH and MA, a deep understanding of KW Models and Systems, and the drive to develop a transformative productivity program, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Responsibilities:

• Coaching & Mentorship: Provide one-on-one coaching to agents, helping them establish and achieve their business and personal goals.
• Program Development: Build and grow the productivity coaching program using Keller Williams' proven models and systems.
• Training & Teaching: Facilitate workshops, group coaching sessions, and mastermind meetings that focus on skill development, mindset enhancement, and goal setting.
• Accountability: Hold agents accountable for their business plans, ensuring consistent implementation of strategies and systems.
• Mindset Mastery: Inspire a growth mindset and resilience in agents, helping them overcome challenges and sustain motivation.
• Collaboration: Partner with leadership and the MAPS Coach to align coaching initiatives with company goals and agent success metrics.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor agents’ progress and provide regular feedback to help them stay on track toward achieving their milestones.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Proven track record in the real estate industry, including coaching or leadership roles.
• Knowledge: Expertise in Keller Williams Models and Systems, including experience with MAPS coaching principles.
• Licensing: Active real estate license in NH and/or MA is required.

Skills:

• Exceptional communication and teaching abilities, with a talent for motivating others.
• Strong organizational skills and a systematic approach to coaching and program development.
• Tech-savviness, with proficiency in tools for coaching, productivity, and performance tracking.

Personality: A positive, empathetic leader with a passion for helping others succeed.

Compensation:
This position offers a performance-based compensation structure with opportunities for personal and professional growth.

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
