Key Responsibilities:
- Represent sellers in real estate transactions, ensuring their interests are protected.
- List properties on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and market them effectively through various channels.
- Conduct Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) to determine competitive property pricing.
- Negotiate offers and counteroffers between buyers and sellers to secure favorable deals.
- Advise clients on market conditions, property value, pricing strategies, and transaction processes.
- Coordinate and conduct property showings for potential buyers.
- Prepare necessary documentation, including contracts, purchase agreements, and closing documents.
- Develop and implement marketing plans to attract new clients and listings.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, lenders, inspectors, and other real estate professionals.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, laws, and best practices through continuing education.
