Responsibilities:- Generate leads by reaching out to potential clients in Oklahoma City, OK, US
- Participate in training sessions aimed at improving real estate knowledge and skills
- Persistently follow up on leads until appointments are scheduled with a listing or buyer’s agent
- Maintain regular communication with homebuyers through phone calls and emails to uphold relationships and ensure brand recognition
- Prepare monthly and quarterly sales reports to monitor team progress towards company objectives
- Handle sales inquiries from qualified leads and effectively convert them into new clients
- Update and maintain accurate customer information for agents using the CRM system
- Efficiently schedule and conduct appointments
