Compensation :
150,000 at plan commission
Responsibilities :
Promptly contact leads and inquiries for efficient communication.Conduct detailed market analysis to ensure precise pricing of property listings.Engage in prospecting and lead generation activities to cultivate new business opportunities.Assist clients in the final stages of the home-buying process, ensuring smooth closings when needed.Support sellers in effectively pricing, staging, and marketing properties to attract potential buyers quickly.Convert pre-qualified leads from sales agents into scheduled listing appointments to drive business growth.Follow the team's strategic plan for cohesive operations.Collaborate effectively as a team player within the organization.Seek clarification by asking relevant questions proactively.Efficiently coordinate and schedule listing appointments.Diligently follow up with leads to optimize conversion rates.Skillfully close sales transactions with potential buyers.Qualifications :
Ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting and prioritize team achievements.Proficiency in both verbal and written communication skills, with a talent for managing and finalizing appointments over the phone.Experienced in utilizing real estate CRM systems to maintain confidential client data systematically.Skilled in conducting comprehensive market research and showcasing a deep understanding of the real estate industry.Must hold an active real estate license or display the drive to obtain one.About Company
