WE'RE HIRING – MARKET CENTER ADMINISTRATOR (MCA)
Join our leadership team at KW Innovations in Boynton Beach, FL! We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and financially savvy professional to take on the Market Center Administrator (MCA) role.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee Market Center financials and profitability
Manage agent commissions, accounts payable/receivable
Ensure compliance with KW and real estate regulations
Work with the Team Leader to support culture and growth
Implement and optimize office systems & technology
Ideal Candidate:
Financial/book keeping experience (QuickBooks a plus)
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
Experience in real estate admin or operations preferred
Comfortable with KW technology (Command, Dotloop, etc.)
Location: Boynton Beach, FL
