Compensation :

85,000 - $175,000 yearly

Responsibilities :

Develop and maintain a database of clients to ensure efficient organization and timely follow-up

Engage with clients to schedule appointments for field agents promptly, ensuring quick responses to their needs

Utilize outbound calls, email communication, and oversee the sales pipeline to meet customers' buying / selling requirements

Master the use of scripts to handle objections effectively and convey the team's value proposition to customers, emphasizing the company's values and integrity

Generate monthly and quarterly sales reports to achieve and track all sales goals

Qualifications :

Skilled in effective phone communication and proficient in closing sales

Establishes strong connections with clients and excels in cultivating relationships to generate new sales prospects

Demonstrates exceptional organizational skills, maintains order, and excels in time management

Proficient in utilizing CRM and marketing / lead technologies or quick to adapt to new systems

Displays a positive, enthusiastic, and solution-driven approach to tasks
