Job Summary
We are seeking a spirited, personable, and professional Director of First Impression to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and real estate agents, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive and welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, computer skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Pay based on experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet clients, agents, and all as they enter the building.
- Receive packages and sort mail.
- Answer phone calls promptly, providing information, forwarding clients to agents, answer FRQ's, etc.
- Use Canva to make graphics for internal use.
- Handle agent inquiries with professionalism.
- Make care-calls to agents regarding upcoming office events.
- Assist in Vendor relations as it pertains to vendor sponsored office events.
- Office housekeeping tasks, organizing, and light cleaning.
Skills
- Familiarity w/ real estate is a plus, but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle client and agent relations effectively.
- Proficiency in front desk operations and phone systems.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work while maintaining attention to detail.
- A spirited and friendly, approachable attitude that contributes to a positive client and agent experience.
- Ability to lift 15 pounds.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
