As part of our expanding team, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving business growth, implementing innovative strategies, and fostering a high-performing culture that empowers individuals to reach their full potential.
Responsibilities Include:
- Recruit sales associates - weekly (interview, select, hire)
- Drive significant company growth through targeted recruiting efforts, executing various strategies, and securing at least 30 unique appointments per month.
- Coach and consult with the top 20% producers in the office to achieve their desired growth and business development.
- Continue to increase the profitability and culture of the company while developing the leadership team to their peak performance.
Qualifications:
- Leadership experience is a must.
- Real Estate experience is a must.
- A natural ability to connect with people and build rapport.
- The right candidate should be “naturally” liked by others.
- Skilled in setting goals and thrives on being accountable to the desired outcome.
- Above average computer skills are important.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
