- Create engaging content that aligns with our brand voice and marketing goals.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, comments, and messages; respond promptly to inquiries and engage with followers.
- Conduct regular analysis of social media performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Assist in public relations efforts by promoting events, announcements, and campaigns through social media channels.
- Coordinate photography sessions for content creation and ensure high-quality visuals are used in posts.
- Proofread all content before publication to maintain brand standards and accuracy.
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers and other brands to enhance collaboration opportunities.
- Plan client events
Skills
- Strong knowledge of social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Excellent written communication skills with a keen eye for proofreading.
- Experience in public relations or advertising is a plus.
