Job Summary
As a Real Estate Agent in the Keller Williams New Agent Coaching Program, you'll begin an exciting journey to launch your real estate career. This program is crafted to provide you with the necessary skills, guidance, and mentorship to become a successful real estate professional. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional customer service skills and as a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the buying, selling, and investment processes while ensuring compliance with real estate laws and regulations. This role requires an excellent ability to collaborate effectively with clients and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Representation: Represent buyers and sellers in real estate transactions, ensuring their interests are protected.
- Property Listings: Market properties for sale, including listing on Multiple Listing Services (MLS) and other platforms.
- Market Analysis: Conduct comparative market analysis to determine property values.
- Client Consultation: Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters.
- Property Showings: Arrange and conduct property viewings for prospective buyers.
- Negotiation: Negotiate offers and counteroffers between buyers and sellers.
- Documentation: Prepare necessary documentation, including purchase agreements, contracts, and closing statements.
- Networking: Build and maintain relationships with clients, other real estate agents, lenders, and other home service professionals.
- Marketing: Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract clients and sell properties.
- Continuing Education: Stay updated with real estate laws, market trends, and best practices through ongoing education and training.
Qualifications:
