Compensation :
70,000 - $120,000 at plan commissions
Responsibilities :
Follow the Team Plan.Event Coordination : Coordinate and manage all aspects of open house events, ensuring smooth execution from start to finish.Property Preparation : Oversee the preparation of properties for open houses, ensuring they are presented in the best possible light to potential buyers.Communication Management : Craft and deliver effective communication strategies to engage with open house visitors, providing valuable information and guidance throughout the event.Lead Follow-Up : Implement proactive follow-up procedures to nurture leads generated from open houses, maximizing the chances of conversion into sales.Sales Generation : Utilize proven sales techniques to convert open house attendees into satisfied buyers, driving revenue and achieving sales targets.Schedule Management : Strategically plan and schedule open houses to ensure a consistent flow of events, maximizing opportunities for property exposure and sales.Performance Analysis : Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of open house strategies, identifying areas for improvement and implementing adjustments as necessary to optimize results.Qualifications :
