Key responsibilities include:
- Greeting and welcoming visitors: Professionally greeting all individuals entering the office, directing them to the appropriate person or area.
- Managing phone calls: Answering incoming calls promptly, directing inquiries to the relevant agent or staff member, and taking accurate messages.
- Office administration: Maintaining a clean and organized front desk area, managing office supplies, scheduling appointments, and coordinating facility maintenance.
- Customer service: Addressing client concerns and questions, providing information about Keller Williams services and agents, and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors.
- Marketing and communication: Assisting with marketing initiatives by promoting the office and agents to potential clients, updating communication boards, and maintaining social media presence.
