In search of a talented Real Estate assistant/Marketing Manager for a busy Real Estate team to support a growing real estate operation.
The team is very diverse and is not only involved in sales but also investing activities. This role is vital to the company and will be supporting the Team leads in cultivating & converting sales opportunities while supporting the agents with admin related duties.
The primary focuses of this role will be supporting the Team leads, managing and nurturing a database, client care, direct mail campaigns, managing email campaigns, and helping to facilitate the growth of social media channels. You will have the resources of a virtual marketing assistant familiar with creative posts to help support, etc. Willingness to learn A.I related marketing & chat tools is a must moving in to the new age of business.
Prior Real Estate experience & knowledge is REQUIRED. The only exception will be admin/operations experience in a similar field such as a paralegal, title/mortgage, banking.
You may be a great fit for this role if you have excelled as an assistant in a previous position and have a passion for service. The ideal candidate will possess superior customer service skills, extreme attention to detail, the ability to always think multiple steps ahead, fast response times, and incredible patience. It's also critical to have a pleasant and upbeat personality no matter the workload. If you aren't certain that you meet any and all of these requirements it will be a deal breaker.
Hours will be 9-5pm or 10-6 depending on the needs of the business. Starting salary will be based on experience with plenty of room for advancement and growth.
Reliable form of transportation a must. The office is located in Somerset. No remote option is available immediately for this position. Once the candidate is fully trained, there will be an opportunity at a later date TBD for 1 day remote per week.
