Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Real Estate Marketing & Office Manager to join our team. This role is a blend of marketing, office administration, and client relations, ensuring the smooth operation of our office while driving brand awareness and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Brand Management
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote listings and the company brand.
- Manage social media accounts, create engaging content, and track analytics.
- Design and distribute flyers, brochures, email campaigns, and other marketing materials.
- Maintain and update the company website and CRM with new listings and blog content.
- Coordinate photography, videography, and staging for property listings.
- Organize and promote open houses, networking events, and community outreach.
Office Management & Client Relations
- Oversee daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and organization.
- Assist agents with administrative tasks, contract preparation, and document management.
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, answering calls, emails, and inquiries.
- Maintain office supplies, technology, and vendor relationships.
- Coordinate team meetings, training sessions, and scheduling.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience in real estate marketing, office management, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing.
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other design tools.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., KVCore, Salesforce, or similar).
- Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.
- A self-starter with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
- Real estate license (preferred but not required).
